The expenses of enrolling in college is not affordable to all students who wish to study. Still, there are other options like availing TESDA's online class programs and online courses.
TESDA also allows you to have a certificate after completing the course and passing the assessment exam which is useful when you're seeking employment and offers a significant advantage in seeking job opportunities.
Here are the things you will need in order to start the tutorial:
- an internet connection
- a desktop computer / laptop / smartphone (able to access the online education platform website)
- working and valid e-mail address
Here are the steps to enroll in TESDA's free online courses and programs:

Step 1: Go to their website e-tesda.gov.ph. Look at the upper right corner of the site and click the login permalink.
Step 2: You will need to create a new account. There are two options. Either click the 'New Account' button or the 'Create New Account' button. This will redirect you to another page.
Step 3: A form will appear requiring you to fill out information about you. Make sure to give correct answers about yourself and answer the CAPTCHA correctly.
Step 4: If this image appears, it means you have successfully signed up. Click the 'Continue' button to proceed to you e-mail address provider.
Step 5: There are different e-mail platforms, so the interfaces may slightly vary. But will be closely resemble this image below. Click the link to continue and confirm your account.

Step 6: You will then be redirected to TESDA's website. Click the 'Courses' button to start and choose your course.
Step 7: You may now select the course you wish to take. Your name will also appear below confirming that you are logged in to the program.
Step 8: After choosing the course you will take, you will be directed to its modules. Select the first module as any incomplete ones will result in an unfinished course. This won't allow you to have an assessment exam.
Step 9: To confirm the selections, click the 'Yes' button.
Step 10: You are now finished in enrolling for the course you will undertake. You will be redirected to a page where you can see all of the lessons under the module you chose to begin your studying.]
