The heartbroken teen felt devastated and ended up being depressed which prompted her to stand at the edge of a window and jump to end her life.
The whole incident happened in Hangzhou, China where the unnamed 19-year old caused quite a commotion and left many local citizens worried.
Rescuers immediately rushed to the scene and calmly talked to the teen to try and convince her to put herself to safety.
A rescuer went up and tried to grab her but she immediately jumped from the building. Thankfully, rescuers have set up a giant red cushion that broke her fall and managed to save her life.
Many have praised the rescuers for their swift response after inflating the cushion quickly.
The whole incident occurred back in 2013 but the cases of attempting suicide due to failed relationships have been increasing over the years. It's very important to think how precious your life is and don't end it just because of a relationship.
